Four-Day Racing Clinic in the British Virgin Islands
LEARN TO RACE OR RACE BETTER AND GO-FOR-THE-GOLD!
In the Glorious British Virgin Islands
At Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands
DECEMBER 3-7, 2017
This remarkable four-day sailboat racing course for sailors who want to win – in the picture-perfect British Virgin Islands is hosted by America’s Cup and Olympic racer, Steve Colgate – inducted into the National Sailing Hall of Fame in October 2015. This sail racing course is coached by four veteran Offshore Performance Race Week coaches, led by Mumm Worlds Champion, Bobby Brooks. In this British Virgin Islands sailing clinic, you experience non-stop racing instruction aboard high performance Colgate 26 keelboats, mornings and afternoons, with shore seminars, parties, regattas and, yes, some time to relax and explore this sailors’ paradise.
The Win-Win Team
Steve Colgate is with you throughout the four-day sailboat racing course, assisting the coaching team and running the race committee boat. Doris Colgate is by his side, taking photographs of your sailboat races for you to have later on. All four coaches go beyond the call in working with every participant in this British Virgin Islands sailing clinic. They are with you throughout the day, starting with morning seminars, at the docks, with you on the boats in morning sailing sessions, during lunch seminars, back on the water with you on the boats in afternoon sailing sessions, in recaps at the end of the day, and then evening events. The knowledge they provide and their dedication to your learning process are truly “priceless!” To learn more about the coaching team of this sailboat racing course, please scroll down to the bottom of this web page.
