Fast Track® to Live Aboard Cruising Course is available at all four of our resort locations, ‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa on Captiva Island, FL; the Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites in St. Petersburg, Florida; Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina in Key West, Florida; and Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands. In this 8-day specially-priced package, a family of 4* (two adults and two family kids, minimum age 12 and maximum age of 25) includes 3-night resort accommodations including tax and resort fee, while you learn to sail aboard a Colgate 26 for two days. Then you’ll move aboard the yacht and share three cabins on a monohull or catamaran while you learn to handle a big boat for the rest of the week. Everyone has the option of taking the written and practical tests to receive three US Sailing certifications, plus Catamaran Endorsement if you learn aboard that yacht, to skipper a yacht up to 50′, and apply for your International Proficiency Certificate if you wish to charter in Mediterranean countries.
