OFFSHORE High – Biography of Steve & Doris Colgate

This 288-page book is filled with decades of stories and more than 170 photos covering Steve and Doris Colgate’s individual upbringings, to racing, and industry accomplishments. Based in South Fort Myers, Fla., Offshore Sailing School was founded in 1964 by Olympian, America’s Cup Sailor and National Sailing Hall of Fame Inductee, Steve Colgate. Doris Colgate joined Steve in running the Company in 1969. The school provides a full range of sailing and boating instruction with US Sailing & Powerboating certification – from beginning sailing to racing, advanced cruising, and passage making – at six locations in Florida and the British Virgin Islands.
